Your refill rhythm: one mineral cartridge every three months or 800–1,000 L, whichever comes first. Refills are $49.99 CAD each; three refills in the first year are $149.97 CAD after the included starter cartridge. The core RO filter has a separate service schedule of up to 24 months.

What is reverse osmosis?
Reverse osmosis pushes water through a membrane to reduce many dissolved substances. Actual reduction depends on the complete system, source water, installation, and tested performance.
Does the system use a tank?
Yes. The Velos system is tankless and sits beneath the kitchen sink, preserving storage space. Installation depends on your plumbing and the final fitting kit.
When would I replace a cartridge?
The main RO filter has a supplier-specified service life of up to 24 months. The separate mineral finishing cartridge is designed for replacement approximately every three months or 800–1,000 L, depending on water and usage.
Which profile comes with the system?
ENERGY+ is the everyday magnesium profile included with the Velos system. IMMUNE+ and GLOW+ give you two other ways to finish the same RO foundation.
